Outpatient Behavioral Health Services

Innersense Behavioral Health Services include behavioral health evaluations, therapy and training services, as well as ongoing care for diverse psychiatric disorders. Both day and evening sessions for therapeutic groups are offered in varying topics and formats. Our staff is dedicated to meeting each patient's needs and provides both clinical care or, when appropriate, referrals to alternative community services and levels of care.

The goals of Innersense Behavioral Health interventions are similar to those of other primary care treatment: helping people function so they can lead healthier, fuller lives. Receiving both behavioral health and primary care treatment in one integrated setting can help people continue to work or attend school, to engage with their families, to participate in their communities, and to be able to thrive.

Innersense Behavioral Health clinicians are licensed to treat children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics utilizing individual, groups, couples, and family therapy. Areas of clinical expertise include ADHD, depression, anxiety, phobias, loss and grief, emotional and physical abuse, trauma and sexual assault, and domestic violence. Providers also assist with: adjusting to divorce, medical conditions, and other life changes; addressing school-related difficulties; managing stress, anger, and behavioral problems; and enhancing self-esteem and self-confidence.
